102Thero ia already an excellent wagon roa from Nevada to Eureka, but between the latte place and Jackson’s Ranch there are two o throe hills that will have to be graded, tho cot of which will not exceed $8,000, and $4,000 c this amount can be raised In Eureka township From Jackson’s Ranch to Dog Valley, twenty five miles byond the summit, there is no obsti clo worth meutiouing. Some considcrabl grading will be required at Dog Valley hil and then, by clearing away a few rocks in ott er places, we shall have a good road from Nc vuda to the principle raining localities on th eastern slopo.
