Cleveland Branch.Cleveland has 150 alumnae ami former students of Vassar, 90 of whom are paid up members and more or less active.A thriving section of (lie club is the sewing group, meeting at the mem tiers, homes during the winter and sewing for money for individual quotas* This* numbers 18 with Helene North Narten, 1910, guiding star of the undertaking. In all articles, including lingerie, negligees, bureau covers, children's clothes, sweaters, and in fact, anything ordered, were made. Commissions paid amounted lo over $500, In addition sales from independent work brought in nearly $200 with $110 more paid to the general Endowment Fund from this work.
