NOTICE TO DEFENDANTS. Mary Michaelee, Plaintiff, vs. Mar shall Michaelee, Defendant. Case No. 9556. B. M. Robinson, Attorney for Plaintiff. WHEREAS, On this day an affidavit Was filed in the office of the clerk of the court hereinafter named, subscrib ed as required by law, stating that Marshall Michaelree is a non-resident of the state of Indiana and his where abouts are unknown to this affilant and the said Marshall Michaelree is a necessary party cefendant to the above entitled cause, which is an ac tion brought in the Clay Circuit Court for the purpose of obtaining a divorce and the said Marshall Michaelree is therefore hereby notified and summon ed to appear in the Circuit Court of Clay County, in the State of Indiana, before the judge thereof, on the 17th day of December, 1917, being the 37th judicial day of the regular November Term, 1917, of the Clay Circuit Court, to be held at the court house in Bra zil, on the first Monday of November, 1917, to answer the complaint of Mary Michaelree, of which term and place the cause will stand for trial.
