Frank Wright Runs Into Wire! and Has Mouth Gut — Little or No Destruction of Prop erty. The young people pulled off no end of Hillowe’en stunts last night but no serious destruction of prop arty is reported. The boys and girls were got in force and much hilarity was in evidence. The store windows were defaced with soap and several doorsteps were displaced. The only act of downright mean ness that was committed was the stretching of a wire across Madison street in front of Ed Bowen's black smith shop. The result was that one person was severely injured. It Seems that shortly after the wire was stretched, Frank Wright, the junk man, came along on the wire caught him in the mouth. His lips, mouth and chin were badly la cerated. Dr. Pendell was called and the Injured man given attention. He is confined to the house today. A cook stove In front of C. ¥. Parker’s second hand store was amashed, but aside from this no destruction of property is reporter.
