BERTRAM, May 30.—(ANS)— Mrs. Reagan Nesbit, homemaking instructor at Bertram, announces she will attend the district home making encampment this week at Bastrop State Park. The camp begins Wednesday and continues through Friday. Mrs. Nesbitt plans to take five of her homemaking students with her. They are Emma Jewel Ruble, Catherine Orr, Marjorie McKenzie, Billie Daniel and Margaret Ann Knox. It is planned that the students will do the cooking at this camp to demonstrate to the teachers what they have learned from their courses of a practical nature. There are plans for swimming, hiking and square dancing to be enjoyed by the Homemakers and their teachers from 19 Central Texas towns from the vicinity of Austin. More than 100 girls are expected to attend this encampment.
