The Western Tool company of | Jefferson has just completed for t Charles Hosier a machine that seems , to have solved the perpetual motion t problem. The contrivance is a wheel , three feet io diameter, with five . spokes. On the end of each spoke is ] a hinged lever with a ball on one end £ and a wire attached lo the center or ] hub.
