Among these were Brig. Gen. A. E. Veazie, Col. John JR. Miller and Col. C. D. Curtis; line ofti-.cers, Major E. A. Kenney, Captain J. W. deary, Capt. Win. Zastrow, Lieut. C. P. English, Lieut. A. C. Sandberg, Dr. J. B. Atchison and X. K. Stout. The party proceeded at once to the governor's 'house on Rodney street, where they were received by Mrs. S. H. Kennettand Miss Cleora Stout. After introductions and congratulations the escorting party retired, leaving the bridal couple, somewhat fatigued from their trip, in their new home. ]
