On Tuefday Night the Horfe-keeper belonging to Mr.Bailey, an eminent Brewer in Liquorpond-ftreet, receiv'd ta violent a Kick from one of the Horfes, that it broke his Jaw Bone all to Pieces, and brais'd his Head in fo terrible a mamter, that he died in Iefs than a quarter of an Hour.Yefterday the Seffions began at the OId-Bai!ey, when fifteen Prifoners were tried, one of whom was Capitally convicted, viz.Elizabeth Banks, for dripping acd robbing Francis Mercer, an Infant about four Years old, in Marybone-Fields.Eighteen were call for Tranlportation, and Nine acquitted.
