District Court Fairbury State Bank, plaintiff, vs. D. Eugene and Teresa Russell Plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants for return of property set forth and its costs. John S. Seibolt, plaintiff, vs. Lori Miller — An appeal of Small Claims Court judgment. Federal Land Bank of Omaha, plaintiff, vs. Brian and Susan Brandt and Eugene and Delores Busch Plaintiff seeks judgment against Busch defendants in the amount of $112,174.24 with interest and costs, that conveyance from Busch defen dants be set aside and annulled; that Brandt defendants be restrained from selling or disposing of real estate and be required to convey real estate to Busc defendants in order that the same may be reached by execution. Accidents May 22 — Highway 8 at Endicott, 5:30 p.m., a vehicle driven by Kelli Grammer of Endicott had stopped for a stop sign, did not see a vehicle driven by Anita Lohse of Hanover, Kan., pulled out into the lane of traf fic and collision occurred. Over $500 damage was sustained by both vehicles. A passenger in the Lohse vehicle, Linda Meyer of Hollenberg, Kan., received a bump on the knee. May 23 — McDonald’s parking lot, 10:22 a.m., a vehicle driven by Lloyd Napier of Fairbury was backing from parking on the west side of the McDonald’s Drive-In, turned too short and collided with a parked vehicle registered to Lane Plugge, also of Fairbury. County Court Attempted removal of highway sign — David Bedlan, 804 L St., Thomas E. Adams, Route 4; and Derrick DeBoer, Route 4; all plead ed guilty, each fined $71 and ordered restitution of $16.72. Driving under the influence, driv ing left of center — Derek Hutson, arraignment held, pleaded guilty on both counts, fined $211, ordered to nine months probation on Count 1 only, ordered not to drive for 60 days, license impounded. First degree assault — Robert E. Miller, 123 W. Third, set for preliminary hearing on May 28 at 2 p.m Speeding (37-25 zone) — Troy Achtemeier, 926 Hubble St., arraign ment and trial held, taken under ad visement. Improper U-turn, driving under the influence, driving left of center Terry L. Greenland, bench war rant issued. Driving under the influence Aaron Schultis, Diller, continued at defendant’s request to May 28 at 9:45 a.m. No valid registration, no proof of insurance and financial responsibili ty — Fransisco Hernandez, 318 W. Third, entered plea of guilty on both counts, fined $111. Leaving scene of property damage accident — Logan Bundy, 616 Seventh St., entered a plea of not guilty, hearing set for June 11 at 2:30 p.m. Criminal mischief (Class IV felony) — K. Alan Bush, 1107 Third St., defendant requested prelimin ary hearing, set for June 18 at 2:30 p.m. Driving under the influence (se cond offense), speeding (46-25 zone) Kevin Carlson, 201 W. Third, con tinued at defendant’s request to May 28 at 10:15 a.m.
