Mr. and Mrs. Matt Kortan and Joseph Becvar returned from their trip in Gregory and Tripp county. They visited at the home of Nathan Kortan a brother of the former and then looked over the county to be soon opened to settle ment. They say that in that coun ty a person can have his pick in good and bad claims. Last Friday it was so foggy near Gregory ihat they almost lost the track and Monday morning frost covered the ground but done no damage to plantation.
