First Snake Story.Bill McClanaban and Aj, Booten while in the woods Monday cutting dray-pins, discovered an immense black-snake in a tree, about twenty feet high. They knocked him out of tree with clubs, but the reptile escaped. Both declare that the snake was over 10 feet long, and was as thick as a man’s thigh. It is ,thought the snake is the one that escaped from a circus at Vincennesrecently....
