[Under and by virtue of a certain execution, or order of sale, issued out of the Superior Court of the State of Washington for San Juan county, on the 4th day of May, 1895, by the Clerk thereof, inthe cause wherein the Northern Counties Investment Trust, limited, a corporation, is plaintiff, vs. John M. Howard, trustee, et al. No. 114, and to me as Sheriff directed directed and delivered.Notice is hereby given, that I will pro-ceed to sell to the highest bidder for cash, within the hours prescribed by law for Sheriff’s Sales, to-wit: at thirty minutes past one o'clock, in the afternoon of the 7th day of June A. D. 1895, before the Court House of said San Juan county, in Friday Harbor, San Juan county, State of Washington, all the right, title and interest of the said named defendants, in and to the following described real estate, situate in San Juan county, state of Washington, to-wit:The east half of the south-west quarter and the west half of the south-east quarter, of section twelve (12) in township thirty-seven (37) north of range two (2) west of Willamette Meridian, and containing one hundred and sixty acres, more or less.Levied upon as the property of said defendants, John M. Howard, trustee, and Martha E. Howard, Enoch May, H. E. Waity, Mary It. Waity, PheneasT.
