THELMA BUTTERFIELDThelma C. Butterfield, 76, of Ottawa, died Sunday, May 22, at Community hospital in Ottawa.The Rev. Raymond Boyle offered mass of Christian burial Wednesday at St. Columba church in Ottawa. Burial was in Oakwood Memorial Park cemetery.Mrs. Butterfield was born January 25,1912, in Morris, and was a member of St. Columba church.She is survived by one daughter, Lois Dhondt of Toledo, Ohio; two sons, Richard and Donald, both of Ottawa; two sisters, Nellie Broderick and Mazie Viner, both of Morris; 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.Her husband, Roy C., died in 1968. Two sons, Gary died in 1968, and Donald Paul, a former Chicago Heights fireman, died in 1986.Memorials may be directed to a charity of donor’s choice.
