Oregon Patrol Wins Troop 42, Pendleton, won the an nual Camp-O- Roll camping contest which was sponsored by the Blue Mountain council at the Rotary site above Milton-Freewater last Satur day, according to announcement made by Robert H. Hayes, scout executive, Mr. Hayes said that the contest was very close with the Oregonians win ning by only one and one-fifth points over Troop 4, Walla Walla.
