The girl was charged with } delinquency and was committed to the Industrial Ilome at Delaware.The girl is pretty and it is difficult fo to tell that she is colored. She will not he thirteen until next month, but appears to he aged about 14 or 15. e She was very obedient in court, and v the court officials believe that a few n years in the Industrial Home will j have a very good effect upon her fu- , ture life. tOrlie Suttles, a Sabina white man of 25, who was caught Saturday in , Xenia by the police there, pleaded guilty t the charge of contributing to the delinquency of the girl, and ( will be sentenced at 9 o'clock lt;Wednesday morning. When he heard the officers were |oking up the girl's ca-e he took French leave and was , not heard of until the police at eXnia , picked him up.Paul Warner, brother of the girl, is in the county jail and the date of his trial has not yet been set.Bert Bell, Sabina white boy, is now held under a charge lt;d‘ rape, which, with conviction, means a penitentiary sentence. . He was at iirst held on! a charge of contributing tlt; the delinquency of the girl, but Prosecuting Attorney this morning tiled a new and more severe charge against the young man and he will likely be held to the grand jury.
