Fletcher, a Methodist mlnlateV, living In St. Joseph, and with a charge at Falrport, Mo., committed suicide by swallowing carbolic acid. After taking the poison to a shod he entered his house, took hie Bible and, opening the book, began reading. He did a few minutes later. He was about 45 years old.
