T., after twelve weeks of suffering.He loved this order with an ardor akin to filial affection, delighted to assist in its growth, its expansion and its influence. Dufy was his guiding star, no excuse,' passion* prejudice, flattery or praise could svvever him from its pathway; loyalty to principle was the keynote to his whole character, for Ue was loyal and true to his conscientious convictions in' every walk of ltfe. As h citizen he was honored and respected, looking to the general welfare of the community in which he lived. As a husband he wjas fender, loving and affectionate, as a fatherkind and indulgent. In every walk of life he was a man in the fullest sense of the word, he was true to himself, and true to the church.Wreaths have faded and witn-ered on their tombs, perenial flowers will still blossom and decay thereon.
