CoLWide Ilaaipton bu secured six excellent aud approved pieces of ordnance lor the Flying Artillery of his Legion, and baa received orders which induce him to desire to hasten the organization of the Legion. The Company of Flying Artillery in progress in this city is nearly completed, bat will receive a few more applicants. We hope the list will bo completed soon, and thus give Charleston the first Artillery, as well as Infantry representation ia the ilauiptoa Legion.
