LOCKWOOD, Mo. — Two Greenfield sisters were killed at 10:50 a.m. Satur day when the car in which they were passengers pulled into the path of a freight train and was struck broad side on Pine Street in Lock wood, the Missouri Highway Patrol said. Betty Carol Shouse, 20, and Carla Jean Boucher, 12, were pronounced dead at the scene by the Dade County Coroner. Thomas Robinson Services for Thomas J. Rob inson, 58, Shawnee, Oklo, a former Joplin resident, who died Friday at a Shawnee hos pital, will be at noon Tuesday at Roesch Funeral Home at Shawnee. Burial will be in Rest Haven OE io once Mr. Robinson was born Jan. 15, 1920, at Covington, Ohlo. He was a mill worker and had worked on projects throughout the United States and Central America. He was a member of Carpenters Local No. 200. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Imogene Robinson; two sons, John T. Robinson, Pasa dena, Tex., and Joseph M Robinson, Shawnee; two daugh ters, Mrs. Debra Hudson and Sherry Robinson, both of Lin coln, Neb.; five sisters, Mrs Goldie Morris, San Pueblo, Calif., Mrs. Naomi Perrin, Cov ington, Mrs. Ina Steel, Yukon, Mrs. Verna Weller, Covina, Calif, Mrs. Celena Smith, Tyler, Tex.; a brother, Robert H. Robinson, Shawnee; two grandchildren Geraldine Childers The operator of the Frisco freight train, Martin Thimesch, 27, Fort Scott, Kan., was not injured. Betty Shouse was born Aug. 19, 1957, at Lamar, Mo. She was a lifetime resi dent of Dade County. She was employed by the Dun nbrook Company, Green field. She married Linley Shouse March 25, 1977, at Greenfield. He survives, along with a step-daughter, Gayle Ann Shouse, of the home. Carla Boucher was born Dec. 9, 1965, at Lamar. She was a sixth grade student a Greenfield Elementary School. She attended the First Baptist Church, of Greenfield. Both are survived by their mother, Mrs. Eva Lou Boucher, Greenfield; two sisters, Mrs. Bonnie Delk, Everton, and Miss Deanna Boucher, Greenfield; a half sister, Mrs. Barbara Camp bell; three brothers, Frank Boucher, Joe Boucher and Eddie Boucher, all of Greenfield; two half broth ers, Ronnie Litle and Don nie Litle, both of Greenfield, and their maternal grandmother, Mrs. Linda Alred, Greenfield. Joint services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Canada- Russell Funeral Home. The Rev. Bob Martens will offi ciate. Burial will be in Arcola Hickory Grove Cemetery. Caskets be closed at all times. Mrs. Geraldine P. Childers, 48, 1102 N. McCoy Ave., died at 6 a.m. Saturday at St. John's Medical Center where she had been admitted earlier in the day. She had been in ill health for several years. Born March 31, 1930, in Ottawa County, Oklahoma, Mrs. Childers was employed as a waitress. She attended Bethel Tabernacle. She was married to Alphus (Chuck) Childers Feb. 29, 1960, in Joplin. He survives. Additional survivors include three sons, Michael Childers, state of California, Melvin Childers and William Childers, both of the home; five broth ers, Roy Hayes, Picher, Okla., Buford Hayes, Hartford, Kan., Lloyd Hayes, Kansas City, Mo., Roundin Hayes, Fresno, Calif., Melvin Hayes, Junction City, Kan.; three sisters, Mrs. Marie Hardwick, Santee, Calif., Mrs Buelah Montieth, Rogers, Ark., and Mrs. Rosetta Thompson, Kansas City, Mo Service arrangements will be announced by Parker Mortuary. Edwin Postoa, Clara Gaertner KANSAS, Okla. — Services for Edwin Postoak, 37, Kansas, who died at 8:05 a.m. Friday at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville, Ark where he had been a patient two weeks, will be at 2 p.m. today at Twin Oaks Baptist Church here. The Rev. Dick Pickup and the Rev. Sam Hiter will offici ate. Burial will be in Long Prairie Cemetery under the direction of Lawson Funeral Home at Jay. Mr. Postoak was born Dec. 1, 1940, at Kansas. He was employed at B.A. Hamilton Ranch. He was a member of win Oaks Baptist Church. He is survived by two daugh ters, Edwina Postoak and Teresa Postoak, both of Kan sas; his parents, Mr. and Mrs Ike Postoak, Kansas; three sis ters, Nadine Postoak, Siloam Springs, Ark., Lushanyah Hen son and Azalea Postoak, both of Kansas; four brothers, Eddie Postoak, Tulsa, Phillip Post oak, Kansas, Raymond Post oak, Jay, and George Postoak, Pryor STOTTS CITY, Mo. — Ser vices for Miss Clara Gaertner, 76, Stotts City, who died at 5:15 p.m. Friday at her home after an apparent heart attack, will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Zion United Church of Christ, south west of Mount Vernon. The Rev. Harold Sturman will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery under direction of Fossett Funeral Home, Mount Vernon. The family will receive from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at the funeral home. Miss Gaertner was born April 19, 1902, in Lawrence County, and was a lifetime area resident. She was a mem ber of Zion United Church of Christ. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Lydia Kramme and Mrs. Elsie Moenkhoff, both of Stotts City.
