At 7:30 p. a*, the same day. the new pastor was installed in St. Francis Xavier Church, by the Most Rev. H. P. Eohlman of Dubuque, and invs began the stewardship of the sixth pastor of the Catholic Church in DyersviC*.Upon his arrival, one of h:s first acts was to appoint a committee to assist in raising funds for the major project of building a new grade school.Msgr.
