Water SHU RisingThe water in Lake Pend d'Oreille is still rising and today had nearly covered the First avenue pavement at the north end of the long wagon bridge. Winter is up to the floor of the bridge. Roads in several parts of the country are reported under water, which is over thePriest River highway below Dover the Clarksfork road near the railway bridge, the Hope road at Pack r'vrr ard the Lignite road near the bridge across Frye creek
