. Willshire Riley Elected an Hon orary Member. W. Willshire Riley, of Cromwell, who has been made prominent of late through the influential newspapers and trade ournals of the United States and he, received word this morning that he had been elected an honorary member of the Parisian Inventors’ Academy of Paris. The membership entitles him to the first-class diploma and the gilded medal. The model of Mr. Riley’s life saving apparatus has been looked into thoroughly by the board and thus the membership and the medal.
