L/aiUU A|il 11 jTATE of New-York, In Equity Third Circuit,—In pursuance of a decretal order of the Court of Equity for the Third Circuit of thestate of NewrYork, made on the 20th day ofApril 1829, will be sold under the direction of the subscriber, at publick auction, at the house of Mackay Croswell, inn keeper in the village of*Catskill, in the county of Greene, on Friday the fifth day of June next, at eleven o’clock inthe forenoon of that day; All that certain farmor piece of land situated in the town of Green-vjlle, county of Greene and state of New-York,and is bounded as follows: On the south by the Schoharie Turnpike road, on the east by lands of Isaac Denniston, on the north by lands of Christian Wilson and Sarah Brundage, on the north west by lands of Beed Skeel, and on the west by lands of P. De A. King containing one hundred and fifty acres of land, which includes a certain farm or piece of land whichthe commissioners for loaning money of thecounty of Greene did on the 17th day of September 1822 deed to Apollos Cooke, and which was deeded by the said Apollos to John Adam£» and by the said John Adams to Ebenezer Hiram Carter, and late in possession and occtipa*lion of said Hiram Carter.
