Legal \ipliceNOTICE OF public HEARING ORDER OF THE ARLINGTON AIRPORT ZONING COMMISSIONWHEREAS, pursuant to an order dated May 6, 1963, the Arlington-Tarrant county J )Int Mrp rt Z nlng or ' appointed this Commission t recommend the boundaries of airport hazard areas and zones, a? those terms are defined in Chapter 391 of the acts yf the Regular Sessi »r f the 50th legislature, 1947, and to recommend airport zoning regulations to he adopted f t such airport hazard areas In and ar'Aind the Arlington Municipal Airport located south of the City of Arlington In Tarrant County, Texas; and WHEREAS, this Commission has studied and made a preliminary report to said Hoard on a proposed airport zoning ordinance for said Airport which said proposed ordinance was prepared by the Engineering and Legal Departments of the City of .Arlington In cooperation with the Federal Aeronautics Administration; and WHEREAS, It appears to this Commission that Chapter 391 of the Acts of the Regular Session of the 50th Legislature, 1947, requires that this Commission hold a public hearing on said preliminary report and proposed airport zoning ordinance at which hearing parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard, regarding the airport zoning regulations proposed to be adopted for airport hazard areas in this county in and around die Arlington Municipal Airport: NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the provisions of said Chapter 391 of the Act of the Regular Session of the 50th Legislature, 1947, it Is ordered that a public hearing be held before this Commission on Wednesday. June 12, 1963, at 8:30 P.M. in the City Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 200 West Abram Street. Arlington, Texas, for the purpose of he ar Ing all parties In interest and citizens who desire to be heard on said preliminary report and the proposed airport zoning ordinance prescribing regulations covering airport hazard areas In this county in and around die Arlington Municipal Airport.IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this notice be publisher in the Arlington Citizen and die Arlington Daily News Texan, newspapers of general circulation in this County.Executed this the 22nd day of May, A.
