An all-day fellowship meeting of the Independent Baptists will be held on Monday, May 30, at the National Guard Armory in Clifton, according to information received this week from Tom Jenkins, of near Meridian, who is pastor of the Coryell Valley Baptist Church at Gatesville. The meeting will begin at 10:00 A.M., and a basket lunch will be enjoyed together at the noon hour The evening meeting will begin at 7:00 o'clock. Well-known preachers will be present for the all-day affair, as well as persons from Bosque and adjoining counties and Waco, Fort Worth, Dallas, and Cleburne. Every one is invited to take part in this fellowship meeting. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Cunningham Jr. and son, Stephen, of San Mar cos, visited in Clifton with Mrs Cunningham's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank P. Smith, and brother and sister, Frankie and Martha, from Friday night of last week un til Sunday.
