Col. Marion C. Tayior*It appears by the following, from the Louisville Journal of May 26, that the telegram to Mr. Tyler of Louisville, that “Col. M C. Taylor, had both of his legs taken off by a cannon ball,” before Re9aca, was false :J. S. Evans, who telegraphed the repor* of the wounding of Colonel M C. Taylor, ]flth Kentucky, writes : “I was premature in my telegraph to the effect that Colonel Tayior had been wounded, though I had the report from several sources which I considered reliable When la9t heard from, he was uu-harmed.
