Ivy Paulsen, daughter of Arthur and Mrs. Paulsen, of Nundah. was electrocuted tins morning through picking up an electnc. light wire that had apparently broken during- the night, and was lying on the ground.PARENTS SLIGHTLY INJURED. *Hearing her cries, her parents rushed to her assistance to lind her holding the wire which she was unable t let go. They tried to help-hcr. hut they also received shocks. The child eventually was released, but a doctor found lif«* extinct despite efforts at resuscitation. The father and mother were also attended by the doctor, but their condition was ’not serious.
