Frederick Lathrop of South Manchester, a veteran of the Civil war, who wasone of the delegates, from Drake post. lt;G. A. R.. to the encampment last week, at Mew London, met with a painful accident due to a bad fall while inthat ^ty. He was coming down the steep and rocky incline on Stony Hill when he stum bled and f©U, cutting ftdeep gash over his right eye and^tfcr other in his right hand. The injuriw are painful, but not serious.
