Irwin, Reuben K.il• ' ’ gore, Moses Woodruff and (little) JohnI _‘.Owens. The first cabin put up by S. D..Bishop (a small concern) in May, 1825. His was the first family that moved her**.I At that lime there was scarcely a stick amiss on tbo town plat. I removed here next with a store, and commenced doing business about the first of June, 1825.I1 also observe another correction ncccs- ‘• ■; sary. 1 am not the contractor or the quar* ricr of rock for tba Louisville Custom ; House.
