EDT.Participating in the ceremony will be the Right Worshipful Grand Master, Charles H. Nitsch, and other Officers of the Grand Lodge, Philadelphia, Pa. Also attending will be Scott S. Leiby and Ralph M. Lehr, Harrisburg, Past Grand Masters, as well as Ashby B. Donald C. Means, Division Chaplain, 28th Infantry Division, Pennsylvania National Guard. He will be introduced by Col. H. A.
