At the | age of fourteen he moved from j Illinois to . Laurens. He was j united in marriage with Miss Alice Gertrude Moore on November 22, 1898. He spent his entire life in the occupation ofIn the year 1928 Mr. Ryon moved to Clay county. He was for many years a member of the Methodist church.Those of the immediate family who remain to cherish the memory of his good and useful life, are: two daughters, Mrs. Minor Blum of Terril,\Mrs. Fred Trenk, of Madison, Wis.; two sons, Lester of Kansas City, Me Clarence of Spencer; one sister Mrs. Lizzie Craig of Oakes, N D. Mrs. Ryon preceded him ir death in April, 1942.Much could be said of a life lived as long and as fajthfyllj as that of Mr. Ryno.
