ceivecl.Toney Leyden, the Pernie mancharged with theft and breaking jail, was arraigned before justice Drake yesterday. The prisoner elected speedy trial and John Elliot, who appeared for him, entered a plea of not guilty. The prisoner was remanded, the date of his trial to be fixed by the county court judge.
