%Palmer and Lateon, who were arrested lor an assault upon Thomas Blame, in Whitley county, had au examination before a Justice of the Peace at Columbia City, and were bound over for trial before a higher court, for an assault with intent to kill—Palmer :n the sum of §8,000, and Latson §5,000; in delauit of which they were committed to jail.
