Trust Sale.ON the 21 st of next month, the undersigned will sell, at public auction, to the highest bidder for cash, theLOT OF LAND,In the county of Loudoun, near i Snickersville, conveyed by John Hoffman and Phebe Hoffman, in trust, for the benefit of Enoch Furr, and others, by deed bearing date the 12th of July, 1819, and recorded in the Clerk’s office of the county court of Loudoun.— It is the interest of said Phebe Hoffman in the land which belonged to her sister Nancy Clarke, deceased.The sale will take place at 12 o’clock, before the front door of the court house, in Leesburg.R.
