A youth who allegedly set fire’ to two barns in the Town of of Camillus, two men charged with stealing several expensive suits, and a man “accused of stealing a car only’ a month after he had been put on pro bation for another car. theft were among 25 persons indicted today by the Onondaga County grand jury. , The defendants were named ‘in 24 open indictments handed up to State Supreme Court Jus tice Carl W.Peterson, who re manded the cases to County Court for disposition. They are scheduled for arraignment this afternoon before County Judge Leo W. Breed. Also returned were 22 sealed indictments which will be opened in County Court later. Frederick A. Paninski Jr., 17, of Cazenovia, is charged with third degree arson in connection with two barn -fires. Indicted with Paninski, an other 17-year-old youth was rec ommended by the grand jury for treatment as a youthful of fender. Irving Gilinsky, 48, no address, and Charles Cook, 48, of Phila delphia,Pa., were jointly in dicted on two charges of second degree grand larceny as a re sult of the alleged suit thefts April 28 from Winter’s clothing store, 453 S. Warren St. Ronald, J. Hinman,21, 109 Cleveland Ave., is charged with first degree grand larceny in the, theft of a car. Also indicted were: Bruce W. Clark, 16, of Clay, third degree burglary,’ and petty and second degree grand larceny for a series of burglaries, Raymond .L. Croisetire, 33, of 128 Green St. attempted first degree arson. Robert A. Edick, 23, of 212 Renwick Ave., first degree larceny, in the theft of an auto. Burt R. Gardner, 16, of Jamesville, incest, April 4. Richard Thornton, of 117 Kel logg St., second degree robbery and first degree grand larceny. Eugene R. Hayes, 22, of Pots dam, second degree grand lar ceny. Willie Holdren, 25, of 828 S. McBride St. second degree rape on April 26. Louis J. Jacobs, 32, no-home, third degree burglary, and attempted third degree burglary. Mrs. Virginia*P.
