Theysay that the zoning will go forward without representation from their part, of the city and they fear that the results will be disastrous to them.Fears that the encroachment of railroads and coalyards will swallow up their property values have also beijn expressed and there is now pending before the commission a protest against permitting the Utah Power and Light company to haul coal over the tracks of the street railway on North Temple street to the big heating plant In the center of the block west of West Temple street,Action has been held up for one cause or another and the west striers are prepared to demand final action tonight.
