Anniversary. A very pleasant party occured at the home of John Shintes at Weat Berne, Friday, May 16th, the occaston being the 10th anniversary of Mrs. Lanna Schell, who was born in the town of Berne, Al bany Co. May 16th, 1812 The party was composed of Mrs. Schell’s children, gtandchildren and great grandchildren, who were delighted to find her in such good health for a woman of her age. The day was spent in social conversa tion and after refreshments were served the relatives departed for their homes wishing Mrs. Schell many more birth day anniversaries. Those present were Mr. and Mrs. John Shultes, Mr. and Mrs. F. William Crosby, Mrr. and Mrs. Leander Becker, Mr. and Mrs. Geo, W. Schell, Mr. and Mrs. William Ackner, Prof. @. D, PF. Shultes, Tremaine J. Schell, Mrs. Anna Williamson, Eliza beth Shultes, Esra West, Grace ,and Ruth Ackner, Mra Schell was married to Peter P. Schell in 1822. She has two children now living, Mrs. John Bhaites, of West Berne, and Hon. G. W. Schell, of California.
