DISSOLUTION.The co-partnership heretofore existing between the undersigned,under the firm name and style of Montgomery Shaw, is this day by mutual consent dissolved; the Senior retiring, the Junior, who has assumed the liabilities, will have control of the settlement of the entire business of the late firm.S. MONTGOMERY, JOHN R. SHAW.In retiring from business, I desire to return my thanks to the public for the liberal patronage bestowed upon the late firm of Montgomery Siiaw, and to bespeak for Mr. John R. Siiaw, who is the successor of said firm,a continuation thereof.S. MONTGOMERY.The firm of Montgomery Siiaw having been dissolved by the retirement of the Senior partner, S. Montgomery, I beg leave respectfully to announce that as the successor of said firm, I will continue the business in my own behalf at the old stand. Returning thanks for the patronage bestowed upon the late firm, I trust I may receive (as I hope by energy and fair dealing to merit) a liberal share of the public patronage.JOHN R.
