A native of Baldwinsville, wel l O'Brien was a counsel lawyery for the Cerio and Silverman law firm. Ile was a graduate of Sy racuse University and Columbia Law School. In 1944, he celebrated his 60th year in the law field. He was a World War I veteran and a meter of the American Lee tion, New York and Onondae Bar’ Associations. Mr. O'Brien was a communi cant of $1. Mary's Church, Thildhvineville and a member of Penvacralic aetoman of the town of Lysander 25 years, Mr. Hrien presited at Baldwins- Witte Memorial Bay services: many years. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Natalie O'Brinn of New York ty; a sister, Miss Margaret ONrien, and several cousins.
