— ■ATHLETE UNDER OPERATIONRichard Christiansen, the 19-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. J. N. Christiansen of Mayfield, underwent quite a serious operation at the Sal in a hospital Monday of this week. The operation was for hernia and late reports are to the effect that the young? man is doing: splendidly. Richard. a student at the University of Utah, is widely known as an athlete, and he has hosts of friends who will hope for a speedy recovery.
