Kaili, niece of deceased, of Honolulu, alleging that James Upapa Unauna, of Koloa, died Intestate at Koloa, on the 19th day of March, A D. 1803, leaving property in the Hawaiian 'Islands necessary to be administered, upon, and praying that Letters of Administration Issue to Hon. S. K.
