rpRUSTEK’S SALE.-Whirkab, on the 6*hA liny of November, A. D. Cris*well and Margaret Criswtll, his wife, and Hubert Criswell and Mary Criswell, bis wife, executed unto Abner DavUon, as Trustee, a certain Deed of Trust, con Trying to said Trustee the land in Scott county, Iowa, described as follows, to wit: The south wn-t quarter fit Section No.twenty |¥0', in Township No. seventy-nine |7‘.*] north, of Range four [41 eaat of the fifth |5th1 f M.; which said conveyance wa« duly recorded in the Recorder's office for said Scott county, in Hook 4*IM# of Mortgages, at page lt;0. Said conveyance was made by the said Samuel Criswell and wile, and said Robert Criswell and wife, for the pur|i*i»c of ► cCuriD/ the |*)incnt of their four certain promissory notes, and the interest thereon, signed by said Samuel Criswell and Robert Criswell, dated the Mb day of November, A. I*$n, as follows* One for eleven hundred illwj dollars, payable to one Hiram Miller, November dlh, and onefor one hundred and fifty , IftO] dollars, payable to said Hiram Miller, Novetabor bth, 1S6V; and also one for eight hundred and eighty I'M)] dollars, payable to one Elias R.
