Jacob Morris, 67, of Manns Choice, driver of a 1938 Dodge sedan which was travelling west, and which appeared to have veered suddenly into the path of the second car. He died at 10:50 o'clock, an hour and a half after admission to the Timmins hospital. His in juries included a compound fracture of the left knee, a crushed chest and severe shock, which caused death. Mrs. David Northcraft, 53. of Chaneysville, Morris’ mother-in law, who was a passenger in his car. She was killed instantly. Her injuries included both legs broken a crushed chest, fractured skull and neck. Barbara Anne Mowery, 16, daugh ter of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Mow ery of Bedford Rt. 3. who was one of the five young passengers in the other car. Apparently she had been riding in the rear seat, and was thrown from the car by the violent impact. She died in the ambulance on the way to Timmins hospital, at 9:30 o'clock, of injuries which in cluded a fractured skull, fractured leg, and shock. Jane Weaver, 15, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Weaver North Richard street, Bedford, who was a passenger in the front seat. She was killed instantly. Her in juries included a fractured skull, crushed chest and shock. Donald J. Conover, 18, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ross Conover of Ev erett Rt. 1, is a patient in the Tim mins hospital, suffering from inter nal injuries, lacerations about the head and face, and severe shock Thirty stitches were required around his eye. He was the driver of the second car. Donald Eugene Morris, 18, son of Mr. and Mra. Walter Morris of Bed ford Rt 4. who is in serious condi tion at Timmins hospital, suffering from a concussion of the brain, of the face and head, and at the Timmins hospital, suffering from lacerations of the face and head, a deep cut on her leg, and a broken left lee Her condition is regarded as a satis factory.
