Bankruptcy Sale! Pursuant to an order of the U.S. District Court, the Trustee in Bankruptcy of the estate of Ephraim EK. Smith, bankrupt, will offer for sale at public auc tion to the highest bidder for cash, on Friday, May 22, 1914, at 11 o’clock a. m., at the Federal Court Room, in Hammond, Indiana: The Entire Stock of Merchandise And Certain Store Fixtures, Formerly the Property of said Ephraim E. Smith, Located at Hamlet, Indiana Under said Order of Court, sealed bids accompanied by certified checks may be delivered to the undersigned Receiver, to be opened by the Trustee hereafter to be appointed, at the time of the public sale as herein before provided.
