MAUDE BROWNFuneral services for Maude Bell Marley Brown, 66, who died Tuesday at her home, 734 Jefferson Ave., following a lingering illness, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in the Robin LDS ward chapel by Bishop L. M. Toller.She was born July 26, 1881, at Brigham City, Ariz., a daughter of Lorenzo Snow and Flora Waterman Whiting. The family moved to Mapleton, Utah, and then to Robin in 1899, where they lived until 1927, when they moved to McCammon. She has been in Pocatello since 1941.She first married Josiah G. Marley June 7, 1899, in the Logan LDS temple. He preceded her in death Nov. 26, 1928. She married Harry A. Brown in 1930 at Logan. Mr. Brown also preceded her in death August, 1941.An active member of the LDS church, she was especially associated with the Relief Society and the gcneological work.Surviving are the following children, Mrs. Belle Whitaker, Portland, Ore., Thomas W. Marley, Sparks, Nev., Mrs. Lucille Tilley, Darwin, Calif., Mrs. Hilda Owen-ings, Kinghill, Ida., George W. Marley, Fred Marley, Mrs. Flora Siler and Mrs. Ruth Brown, all of Pocatello; 19 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; her mother, Mrs. Flora Whiting, Salmon; brothers and sisters, Jay Whiting, McCammon, Reese Whiting, and Mrs. Ella Dick, Hamilton, Mont., Ralph Whiting, William Whiting, Lynn Whiting, and Mrs. Ruth Phillips, Salmon.Funeral arrangements will be under the direction of Arthur W. Hall mortuary. Burial will be in the Robin cemetery.
