Red Hill, May 19—Eli Park passed through our village yesterday Call around about picnic time and we will have lots of cantaloupes. Mr. Chas. B. Twigg spent Saturday evening in Cumberland. Those who visited Mr. Twigg’s on Sunday were Mr. and Mrs. John Twigg and three children, Alice, Gar- Varne and Freddie, Noah S. Twigg, of Eckhart. Mr. and Mrs. Theo. Merbaugh and Miss Mabel Davis and friend, of Frostburg, and Mr. Howard Longer beam. Mrs. Katherine Klosterman was in Frostburg on Monday. Mrs. Betty Wilson , of Red Hill, will move to Montel this week. Mrs. Frank Klosterman, who has been on the sick list for quite a while has improved considerable. Mr. and Mrs. Michael Clise, of Mid land, spent Sunday with his father, Mr. George Clise, on the mountain. White Fawn visited here some few weeks ago. Mr. and Mrs. Johnson McBride and son, Donal, of Mt. Alto, Pa., are vist iing his parents at Ellerslie and his sister, Mrs. Etta Longerbeam, at Six Mile House. A large crowd of the Cumberland citizens visited the Six Mile House on Monday on account of the city elec tion. Mr. Chas. FE. Twigg called on Miss Higgins at Vale Summit Sunday. E. H.
