Prof. Culbertson and Mrs. May Drysdale, both of Brighton, were married at 12:30 p. m. at the Hotel Amberg parlors Sunday, in the midst of a large number of friends of both parties. The ceremony was solemnized by Rev. Umstead, of the Methodist church. The bride was beautifully attired in white organdie, the groom wore the conventional black. The bride came over Saturday night, and re mained with the Misses Lytle, on East court street, until Sunday, and the groom and a number of their friends from Brighton, Card well and Hornersville, came on the noon train Sunday, to witness the ceremony. Twenty of the most intimate friends took dinner with the happy couple at the Amberg, after the ceremony. Many hand some presents were received. Mrs. Culbertson is a sister to Mrs. Steve Virgolio, of Bertig, and is an at tractive and accomplished woman, and much admired by a host of sincere friends. Mr. Culbertson is a refined and cultured young man, and worthy of the woman to whom he has been united for life. They have the best wishes of scores of friends. Mr. and Mrs. Culbertson left for Brighton Sunday morning, and will make that place their home, at least for the present.
