Oj-ticeks or the New Company.—At a meeting held last evening in the Court Room by the members of the military company recruited by Mr. S. T. Lockwood for die one hundred days’ service, the following named gentlemen were elected as commissioned officers of the company: S. T. Lockwood as Captain, Gage Bur-i'C-'-s as 1st Lieutenant, and Moses DeWitt a? 2d Lieutenant.The election of non-commissioned officers wu3 postponed to some future time to be designated by the Captain.A.
