Randall, representing among other things that the said Benjamin Kandall lately died at bis residence in said town of Lebanon, that the said instrument is the last will and testament of said deceased, and that he, the petitioner aforesaid, is the identical person named and appointed by the said Jaafc will executor thereof, and praying that a day be appointed for hearing the proofs of said last will and testament;It is ordered that the proofs of said instrument. be heard before the Jude® of this Court on Monday, the first day of June, A.
