POPCORN SALAD 1 bag microwave popcorn, popped 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheesey2 cup sliced ripe olives, well drainedy2 cup diagonally sliced celery y2 cup thinly sliced radishes y4 cup sliced green onions,with tops 8 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbed1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, well drained1 to iy2 cups mayonnaise orsalad dressing LettuceDiscard unpopped kernels from popcorn. Toss popcorn and remaining ingredients, except mayonnaise and lettuce in large bowl. Add mayonnaise; toss until evenly coated.Serve immediately on lettuce. Garnish with additional popcorn if desired.Makes 6 to 8 servings.
